NWCCI provides safe, reliable, and accessible transportation that helps promote independence in our service areas. We  cover non-Medicaid medical rides within the 5 counties we serve, and we travel to Grand Junction as well. We can help you access your primary care, mental health, physical therapy, dental, and other healthcare appointments. Additionally we provide non-medical rides to the post office, store, and banks in some service areas.
We also assist with transportation options such as the Bustang, Taxi Services, and other forms of local transportation services to ensure
that a person in need can attend their medical appointments using all the transportation options that Colorado has to offer.
Our vans are accessible with lifts, ramps, and straps for wheelchairs with the capacity to seat up to 7 passengers*.
If you are not yet a registered consumer with NWCCI, please call our office at (970) 871-4838.
To schedule a ride please call our office or fill out the form below.

*A waiver will be required for the caregiver, family member, or friend that comes with you on the ride.
