Safe, Reliable & Accessible TransportationNWCCI provides safe, reliable, and accessible transportation to help individuals maintain their independence and access the services they need throughout the five counties we serve.
We provide non-Medicaid medical transportation, including rides to:
- Primary care appointments
- Mental health services
- Physical therapy
- Dental appointments
- Other healthcare services
Transportation to Grand Junction is also available.
In some service areas, we also provide non-medical transportation to essential destinations such as grocery stores, banks, and post offices.
Connecting You to Transportation Options
NWCCI can also help individuals explore additional transportation options, including Bustang, taxi services, and other local transportation providers. Our goal is to help ensure that transportation is not a barrier to receiving necessary medical care.
Accessible Vehicles
Our vans are equipped with lifts, ramps, and wheelchair restraints to accommodate individuals using wheelchairs. Vehicles can accommodate up to seven passengers*.

*A waiver will be required for the caregiver, family member, or friend that comes with you on the ride.
