Here at NWCCI, we offer Medical Transport for consumers in Moffat and Routt Counties. We will also assist individuals with getting to Medical Appointments in Denver, Boulder, and Grand Junction. When someone has a medical appointment outside of the 5 county area that we serve, we will assist with transportation options such as the Bustang, Taxi Services, and local transportation services to ensure that a person in need can attend their medical appointments using all the transportation options that Colorado has to offer.
Listed below is our fixed route options when a consumer needs transport to medical appointments in Routt and Moffat Counties:
MONDAY – transport to Denver and the surrounding areas. Local Routt and Moffat County medical appointments.
TUESDAY – morning transport to the Bustang Station in Frisco, CO. Local Routt and Moffat County medical appointments.
WEDNESDAY – afternoon transport to the Bustang Station in Frisco, CO. Local Routt and Moffat County medical appointments.
THURSDAY – transport to Grand Junction and the surrounding area.
FRIDAY – local Routt and Moffat county medical appointments.
When someone has no options for transportation, NWCCI will work with you to ensure that medical appointments are attended. YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED CONSUMER WITH US, BEFORE TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS CAN BE DISCUSSED.
For Moffat County residents, please contact your Independent Living Coordinator. Your ILC will then discuss transportations options with you.
For Routt County residents, please contact your Independent Living Coordinator. Your ILC will then discuss transportation options with you.
For Rio Blanco, Grand, & Summit Counties, unfortunately we are unable to provide transportation services, but please discuss with your respective ILC and they may have other transport options for you.
